Amazing customer service with super attentive staff. Rooms are great—nice shower, comfy bed, and lovely balcony. Delicious breakfasts from the entrance café. Loved the jacuzzi on the roof with fab views. Perfect location in El Poblado, close to bars and restaurants. Felt safe with police presence nearby. Just a bit of noise but nothing too crazy.
